Full Day Torres del Paine from Puerto Natales (09 hrs)

One of Chile's most attractive parks, Torres del Paine National Park was declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1978. Well worth the 2½-hour journey by coach, guests are rewarded with incredible vistas to savor. The park centers around an alpine massif of three imposing granite torres, or towers that reach over 10,000 feet, together with several lesser cuernos, or horns, which are formed of black shale, and a variety of glaciers, lakes, and wild rivers. Across Nordenskjold Lake is a view of the famous torres for which the park is named. Enjoy a panoramic view. Proceed to the Hosteria Pehoé to enjoy a relaxing lunch before embarking on a scenic drive to the Salto Grande waterfall, and a short hike that allows you to fully experience the rugged beauty of this region. Your last stop is Laguna Amarga to admire its intense blue color before returning to the ship.
